Preliminary work

Preliminary work for windscreen-washer spray nozzle

Remove battery cover.

Remove left and right plenum panel cover.-> 852219 Removing and installing cover - "Removing" section 85221900 Removing and installing cover

Removing spray nozzle for windscreen washer system

1. Release electric plug connection, e.g. for left spray nozzle -A- and pull it apart.

2. -A- Release electric connector on cowl panel cover and push it down.

3. -B- Press together spray nozzle from below and push it out of cowl panel cover.
4. -C- Pull off water hose from T-piece (below the cowl panel cover).
5. Pull out spray nozzle with water hose and electric line.

Installing spray nozzle for windscreen washer system

1. Push spray nozzle, together with hose and electric connector, through cowl panel cover, and engage.

2. Push water hose onto T-piece and ensure that it is securely fixed.
3. Push electric connector onto mount on cowl panel cover.
4. Push on electric connector for spray nozzle until it clicks into place.

Install battery cover.
