CONDITION:
Driving at constant speed.

SPECIFIED DATA:
Compare speedometer with monitor indications.
- F02: Vehicle speed is indicated in mile per hour (MPH).
- F03: Vehicle speed is indicated in kilometer per hour (km/h).
