Test 8U4

TEST 8U4: CHECK BATTERY SHORT OF HARNESS
1) Turn ignition switch to ON.
2) Measure voltage between ABS Control Module (ABSCM) connector and chassis ground.
Connector & terminal: (F49) No. 12 (+) & Chassis ground (-)
CHECK: Is the voltage less than 1 Volt?
YES: Test 8U5
NO: Repair harness between Transmission Control Module (TCM) and ABSCM.
