Compartment Temperature Does Not Change, or A/C System Does Not Respond Promptly

COMPARTMENT TEMPERATURE DOES NOT CHANGE, OR A/C SYSTEM DOES NOT RESPOND PROMPTLY

TROUBLE SYMPTOM
- Compartment temperature does not change. (Cold air does not come out.)
