NOTE:
When DTC P0138 and P0158 are indicated together, it is possible that HO2S ground circuit (GRN ) wire is open.
When DTC P0138, P0158, P0107, P0113, P0118 and P0553 are indicated together, it is possible that sensor ground circuit (GRY/GRN ) wire is open.

DTC Confirmation Procedure

NOTE:
Check to make sure that following conditions are satisfied when using this "DTC Confirmation Procedure".
- Engine coolant temperature: higher than -10 °C (14 °F).
- The following DTCs are not detected: ECT sensor, MAF sensor, A/F sensor heater and IAT sensor.

1. With ignition switch turned OFF, connect scan tool to DLC.
2. Turn ON ignition switch and clear DTC.
3. Start engine and warm up to normal operating temperature.
4. Run engine at idle speed for 1 min. or more.
5. Check DTC and pending DTC.
