DTC Confirmation Procedure
NOTE:
Check to make sure that the following conditions are satisfied when using this procedure.
- Battery voltage > 10.5 V
1. Clear DTC.
2. Run engine at idle speed for 2 min.
3. Drive vehicle at 40 km/h (25 mile/h) for 3 sec. (Keep throttle valve opening constant in this step.)
4. Check whether O2 sensor heater readiness / monitoring test has completed using scan tool. If readiness / mounting test has been incomplete, check vehicle conditions (environmental) and repeat Step 2) through 3).
