DTC Confirmation Procedure

P2227

NOTE:
- If DTC other than aimed DTC are previously detected in DTC confirmation procedure, be sure to troubleshoot DTC previously detected.
- Make sure that the following conditions are satisfied when using this procedure.
- Battery voltage > 7 V

1. Start engine and warm up to normal operating temperature.
2. Shift selector lever to 3rd range, and drive vehicle at 50 - 70 km/h (31 - 43 mile/h) for 2 min. or more. (Keep throttle valve opening constant in this step.)
3. Run engine at idle speed for 1 min.
