DTC 34

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION:
Refer to DTC 21 (Part 1 of 2).

FAILURE CONDITION:
Refer to DTC 32.

ACTION TAKEN:
A DTC 34 is stored, ABS is disabled and the "ABS" warning light is turned on.

TEST DESCRIPTION:
Number(s) below refer to circled Number(s) on the diagnostic chart.
1. This test checks wheel speed sensor for proper resistance values and insulation.
2. This checks for a short to voltage in CKT "O" and/or "O/B".
3. This checks for a short to ground in CKT "O" and/or "O/B".
4. This checks for an open in CKT "O" and/or "O/B".
5. This test ensures that the sensor circuitry is not internally shorted.
