DTC B2225 - Back Door Motor Clutch Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

When a voltage and current malfunction (open or short) is detected in the clutch circuit of the power back door drive unit while the power back door is operating, the power back door ECU outputs DTC B2225.






INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK FOR DTC
(a) Check for DTCs.
(b) Clear the DTCs.
(c) Recheck for DTCs.
OK:
DTC B2225 is not output.
NG -- REPLACE POWER BACK DOOR DRIVE UNIT (POWER BACK DOOR ECU)
OK -- USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK
