DTC C1368/67 - Linear Solenoid Valve Offset Malfunction
DESCRIPTION
The skid control ECU stores and corrects the difference in each individual part such as the stroke sensor, actuator solenoids, and stroke simulator solenoid. Perform initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve if these parts are replaced.
The skid control ECU receives shift position P signals from the hybrid vehicle control ECU through CAN communication system.
The DTCs are cancelled when the result of linear valve offset learning is normal.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTE: When replacing the skid control ECU, perform initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve. Initialization
PROCEDURE
1. CHECK DTC
(a) Clear the DTCs.
(b) Turn the power switch off.
(c) Turn the power switch on (IG).
(d) Check that the DTCs (electronically controlled brake system and hybrid control system) are recorded Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes for electronically controlled brake system, or Hybrid Control System for hybrid control system).
Result:
C -- REPAIR CIRCUIT INDICATED BY OUTPUT DTC
B -- INSPECT HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM
A -- Continue to next step.
2. PERFORM INITIALIZATION AND CALIBRATION OF LINEAR SOLENOID VALVE
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Perform initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve. Initialization
NEXT -- Continue to next step.
3. RECONFIRM DTC
(a) Turn the power switch off.
(b) Clear the DTCs.
(c) Turn the power switch on (IG).
(d) Check if the same DTC is recorded.
Result:
