Removal

2TR-FE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR:

REMOVAL

1. DISCHARGE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE (Technician Safety Information)

2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
3. REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR (Removal)

4. DISCONNECT NO. 2 FUEL HOSE (Removal)

5. REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR





(a) Disconnect the throttle with motor body connectors.
(b) Disconnect the VSV connector.
(c) Disconnect the engine wire harness clamp.
(d) Remove the bolt, then remove the harness clamp bracket.





(e) Remove the 3 bolts, then remove the fuel pressure regulator.
