VSC OFF Indicator Light Remains ON

BRAKE CONTROL: VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM: VSC OFF Indicator Light Remains ON

VSC OFF Indicator Light Remains ON

DESCRIPTION

Operation of the VSC OFF switch changes the vehicle from normal mode to TRAC OFF mode (AUTO LSD mode) to VSC OFF mode. During normal mode, pressing the VSC OFF switch for a short amount of time changes vehicle to TRAC OFF mode. When the vehicle is stopped, pressing the VSC OFF switch for 3 seconds or more changes the vehicle to VSC OFF mode. During VSC OFF mode, the combination meter's VSC OFF indicator light and slip indicator light illuminate, and VSC, TRAC and AUTO LSD operation is disabled.
Also, when the skid control ECU stores DTCs, VSC and TRAC operation is disabled, and the combination meter's VSC TRAC warning light blinks.
