Power Mirror Switch: Testing and Inspection

MIRROR: OUTER MIRROR SWITCH:

INSPECTION





1. INSPECT OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Check the resistance.
(1) Press L on the left/right adjustment switch.
(2) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
Standard:





If the result is not as specified, replace the outer mirror switch.
(3) Press R on the left/right adjustment switch.
(4) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
Standard:





If the result is not as specified, replace the outer mirror switch.
