DTC B2325 - LIN Communication Bus Malfunction
DESCRIPTION
The main body ECU intermittently monitors the LIN communication bus between the components related to the door and sliding roof. DTC B2325 is stored when a malfunction in the LIN communication bus between the components related to the door and sliding roof is detected consecutively 3 times.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTE:
When using the Techstream with the ignition switch off to troubleshoot:
Connect the Techstream to the vehicle, and turn a courtesy switch on and off at 1.5 second intervals until communication between the Techstream and vehicle begins.
HINT: When DTC B2325 and a LIN communication stop DTC are output simultaneously, first perform the troubleshooting for the LIN communication stop DTC. Then perform the troubleshooting for DTC B2325.
PROCEDURE
1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MASTER SWITCH - REGULATOR MOTOR LH)
(a) Disconnect the M2 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
(b) Disconnect the M3 front power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
(c) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
Standard Voltage:
(d) Reconnect the power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
(e) Reconnect the front power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAIN BODY ECU - EACH ECU)
(a) Disconnect the H2 main body ECU connector.
(b) Disconnect the M2 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
(c) Disconnect the L3 front power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.
(d) Disconnect the U3* sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly connector.
(e) Disconnect the V2 back door ECU connector.
(f) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the tables below.

(g) Reconnect the main body ECU connector.
(h) Reconnect the power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
(i) Reconnect the front power window regulator motor assembly RH connector.
(j) Reconnect the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly connector*.
(k) Reconnect the back door ECU connector.
HINT: *: w/ Sliding Roof
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. SYSTEM CHECK
(a) Check the vehicle specifications.

(a) Disconnect the U3 sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly connector.
(b) Clear the DTC Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

5. CHECK FOR DTC
(a) Recheck for DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
Result
(b) Reconnect the sliding roof driver gear sub-assembly connector.
B -- REPLACE SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY

6. CLEAR DTC
(a) Disconnect the M3 power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.
(b) Clear the DTC Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

7. CHECK FOR DTC
(a) Recheck for DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
Result
(b) Reconnect the power window regulator motor assembly LH connector.

8. CLEAR DTC
(a) Disconnect the M2 power window regulator master switch assembly connector.
