SEAT BELT: SEAT BELT WARNING SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU

1. COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY





(a) Disconnect the E13 combination meter assembly connector.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

Standard:





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the combination meter assembly connector.

(d) Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.

Standard:





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

2. CENTER AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY









3. OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION ECU





(a) Disconnect the Q4 occupant classification ECU connector.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

Standard:





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the occupant classification ECU connector.

(d) Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.

Standard:





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

4. MAIN BODY ECU (Driver Side J/B)









(a) Disconnect the 1A, 1B and 1H main body ECU (driver side J/B) connectors.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

Standard:





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Reconnect the main body ECU (driver side J/B) connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connectors.

Standard voltage:





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
