DESCRIPTION
If all of the power windows do not operate, the power window regulator master switch may have no power or may be malfunctioning.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE
1. CHECK FUSE (ECU-IG, ECU-B)
(a) Remove the ECU-IG fuse from the main body ECU.
(b) Remove the ECU-B fuse from No.2 engine room R/B.
(c) Check the fuses resistance.
Standard resistance:
Below 1 Ohms
(d) Reinstall the ECU-B fuse.
(e) Reinstall the ECU-IG fuse.
NG -- REPLACE FUSE
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. INSPECT RELAY (Marking: POWER)
(a) Remove the POWER relay from the main body ECU.
(b) Check the POWER relay resistance.
Standard resistance:
(c) Reinstall the POWER relay.
NG -- REPLACE RELAY
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MASTER SWITCH - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
(a) Disconnect the H5 power window regulator master switch connector.
(b) Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.
Standard voltage:
(c) Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.
Standard resistance:
(d) Reconnect the master switch connector.
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
4. INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the power window regulator master switch.
(b) Measure the resistance of the switch.
Standard resistance:
(c) Reinstall the master switch.
NG -- REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- REPLACE MAIN BODY ECU
