Disassembly

EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 front fender liner retainers.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

2. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH

(a) Disengage the claw and remove the outside moulding retainer.





(b) Disengage the 7 claws, guide and remove the fog light cover LH.





3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) Removal

5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the hole cover LH.





7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

8. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 18 claws and remove the lower radiator grille sub-assembly.





9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOULDING

(a) Remove the 3 screws.





(b) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front bumper moulding.

10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper energy absorber.





11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.





12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY LH

(a) Remove the bolt and screw.





(b) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper stay LH.

13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY RH
