Reassembly

EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER STAY LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the front bumper stay LH.





(b) Install the bolt and screw.

Bolt - Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

Screw - Torque : 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER STAY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 6 bolts.





Torque : 64 Nm (653 kgf-cm, 47 ft-lbf)

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Engage the 2 guides and install the front bumper energy absorber.





5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER MOULDING

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the front bumper moulding.





(b) Install the 3 screws.

6. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 18 claws to install the lower radiator grille sub-assembly.





7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the front bumper hole cover LH.





8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

9. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) Installation

10. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

11. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH

(a) Engage the 7 claws, guide to install the fog light cover LH.





(b) Engage the claw to install the outside moulding retainer.





12. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

13. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the 2 front fender liner retainers.
