Engine Immobiliser System (w/o Smart Key System)

ENGINE IMMOBILISER: ENGINE IMMOBILISER SYSTEM (w/o Smart Key System): DTC CHECK / CLEAR

1. CHECK FOR IMMOBILISER DTC

(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(b) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

(c) Turn the Techstream on.

(d) Select the following menu items: Body Electrical / Immobiliser / Trouble Codes.

(e) Check the details of the DTC(s) Engine Immobiliser System (w/o Smart Key System).

2. CHECK FOR HYBRID DTC

(a) Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR Hybrid Control System.

3. CLEAR IMMOBILISER DTC

(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(b) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

(c) Turn the Techstream on.

(d) Select the following menu items: Body Electrical / Immobiliser / Trouble Codes.

(e) Erase the DTCs.

4. CLEAR HYBRID DTC

(a) Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR Hybrid Control System.
