DESCRIPTION

The operation signals of switches etc. are exchanged between terminal LIN1 of the air conditioning control assembly and terminal LIN1 of the air conditioning amplifier.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM (OPERATION)

(a) Check the air conditioning system is functioning properly.

B -- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY - AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER)
A -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY - AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER)

(a) Disconnect the E10 control connector.





(b) Disconnect the D37 amplifier connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE Air Conditioning System (For Automatic Air Conditioning System)

3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY - AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER)

(a) Disconnect the R1 control connector.





(b) Disconnect the D38 amplifier connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE Air Conditioning System (For Automatic Air Conditioning System)
