2GR-FXE EMISSION CONTROL: EGR VALVE: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install 2 new gaskets and the EGR valve assembly.

(b) Using an E8 "TORX" wrench, install the 2 stud bolts.

Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(c) Install the EGR valve assembly with the 2 nuts.

Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(d) Connect the 2 water hoses and connector.

(e) Install the No. 2 EGR pipe with the 2 nuts.

Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

2. CONNECT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the reservoir with the 2 nuts.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

4. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Coolant (for Engine)

5. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine) Cooling System

6. INSTALL OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY
