Removal

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING PANEL (w/o Multi-display): REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

2. REMOVE NO. 1 SPEAKER OPENING COVER ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION Removal

7. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Removal

8. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION Removal

9. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Removal

10. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

11. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

(a) Pull the radio receiver to detach the 5 claws on the backside of the radio receiver.





(b) Disconnect the connectors and remove the radio receiver.
