EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Engage the 10 claws and install the front bumper cover

(b) Connect the connectors.

HINT
If the vehicle is equipped with fog lights, connect the connector.

(c) Tighten the 6 screws.

(d) Install the 3 clips.

(e) Install the pin hold clip.





NOTICE:
Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is vertical.

HINT
Use the same procedure for the remaining part.

(f) Install the screw.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 8 guides and install the radiator grille.

(b) Install the 6 clips.

3. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH

(a) Install the front wheel opening extension pad with the 4 screws.





Torque : 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf) for screw A

4. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments

6. PREPARE FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments

7. INSPECT FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments

8. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments
