(a) Check the malfunctioning speakers.

3. INSPECT FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the M8*1 and/or N10*2 front No. 1 speaker assembly connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the K17 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the M8*1 and/or N10*2 front No. 1 speaker assembly connector.

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for LH










NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY Removal

5. INSPECT FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the K10*1 and/or K12*2 front No. 2 speaker assembly connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

6. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the K16 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the K10*1 and/or K12*2 front No. 2 speaker assembly connector.

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

7. INSPECT FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the M1*1 and/or N1*2 front No. 3 speaker assembly connector.

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

8. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER - FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER)

*1: for RH

(a) Disconnect the K10*1 and/or K12*2 front No. 2 speaker assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the M1*1 and/or N1*2 front No. 3 speaker assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

9. INSPECT FRONT NO. 4 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the K14 front No. 4 speaker assembly connector.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 4 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
OK -- Continue to next step.

10. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - FRONT NO. 4 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the K17 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the K14 front No. 4 speaker assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY Removal

11. CHECK SPEAKER

(a) Check the malfunctioning speakers.

(a) Disconnect the O2*1 and/or O8*2 rear No. 2 speaker assembly connector.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

OK -- Continue to next step.

13. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the K16 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the O2*1 and/or O8*2 rear No. 2 speaker assembly connector.

*2: for LH

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

14. INSPECT REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the O1*1 and/or O7*2 rear No. 1 speaker assembly connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
OK -- Continue to next step.

15. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER - REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER)

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(a) Disconnect the O2*1 and/or O8*2 rear No. 2 speaker connector.





(b) Disconnect the O1*1 and/or O7*2 rear No. 1 speaker connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for LH










NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

16. INSPECT REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the O1*1 and/or O7*2 rear No. 1 speaker connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
OK -- Continue to next step.

17. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the K16 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the O1*1 and/or O7*2 rear No. 1 speaker assembly connector.

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

NG -- REPLACE REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

OK -- REPLACE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY Removal

18. INSPECT W/ BOX NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the P14 w/ Box No. 1 speaker assembly connector.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

B -- REPLACE W/ BOX NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal

19. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - W/ BOX NO. 1 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the K17 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the P14 w/ Box No. 1 speaker connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
