1GR-FE EMISSION CONTROL: AIR SWITCHING VALVE (for Bank 2): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE PURGE VSV

Removal

2. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR TUBE





Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and No. 2 air tube.

(a) Remove the 2 gaskets from the No. 2 air tube.

NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the installation surface of the gaskets.

3. DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS





Detach the 3 clamps and disconnect the wire harness.

(a) Remove the bolt and bracket.

4. REMOVE NO. 2 EMISSION CONTROL VALVE SET





Disconnect the No. 2 emission control valve set connector.

(a) Disconnect the air hose.





Remove the 3 nuts and No. 2 emission control valve set.
