1GR-FE EMISSION CONTROL: AIR PUMP: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH





Remove the 9 clips and fender liner.

2. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE





Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

(a) Fold back the fender apron seal.





Disconnect the air pump connector.

(b) Detach the air pump connector clamp.





Disconnect the air injection system hose from the air tube assembly.





Detach the clamp.

(c) Remove the No. 2 air injection system hose.





3. REMOVE AIR PUMP ASSEMBLY





Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and air pump.
