Removal

3UR-FE CHARGING: GENERATOR: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER Removal

3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Replacement

6. REMOVE FAN & GENERATOR V BELT Removal

7. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH

(a) Remove the 5 clips and apron seal.

8. DISCONNECT VANE PUMP ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the generator connector.





(b) Remove the terminal cap and nut, and disconnect the generator wire.

(c) Remove the bolt and disconnect the wire harness bracket from the generator.

(d) Remove the 3 bolts, nut and generator.
