EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: INSTALLATION

HINT
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the front bumper bracket sub-assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

3. INSTALL UPPER CENTER FRONT BUMPER RETAINER

(a) Install the upper center front bumper retainer with the 2 bolts.

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper side support LH.

(b) Install the screw.

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

6. INSTALL HEADLIGHT UNIT LH Installation

7. INSTALL HEADLIGHT UNIT RH

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH

(a) Install the front bumper bar reinforcement LH with the 2 screws.

9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT RH

HINT
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

10. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the No. 2 front bumper extension sub-assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 65 Nm (663 kgf-cm, 48 ft-lbf)

11. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 6 nuts.

Torque : 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf)

13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Install the front bumper energy absorber.

14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER

(a) Install the front bumper lower cover with the 5 bolts and clip.

15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Attach the 12 claws to install the front bumper cover.

(b) Install the 2 bolts, 10 screws and 4 clips.
