Double filament low/high beam bulb, replacing


CAUTION!
Do not touch glass portion of bulb with bare hands. Even the smallest amount of moisture and/or contaminants from fingers that evaporates on the bulb during operation can cause the glass to cloud over.


Removing
- Remove cap on rear of headlight housing.
- Disconnect electrical connection from twin filament bulb.







- Release spring retainer -1- and fold down.
- Remove bulb from reflector.

Installing
- Insert new bulb (making sure that the bulb mounting aligns with the locating lugs in the housing) and re-clip retainer.
- Connect electrical connector and reinstall cover cap..
- Check headlight (bulb) function.
- Check headlight settings and adjust if necessary.
