• 20 Nm

2 Ribbed Belt Tensioner

3 Collar Bolts

• 20 Nm

4 Accessories Bracket

• For Generator and A/C compressor.

• For the tightening sequence.

5 Collar Bolts

• 40 Nm

6 Collar Bolts

• 40 Nm

7 Hex Bolt With Washer and Threaded Piece

• 2 Nm

8 Generator Cover

9 Phillips Head Screws

• 2 Nm

10 Cap For The Carbon Brushes

11 Voltage Regulator (C1)

• Removal and installation, refer to => [ Voltage Regulator ] Service and Repair.

12 Generator

• Removal and installation refer to => [ Generator ] Generator.

• Checking, refer to=> [ Generator, Checking ] Testing and Inspection.

• B+ wire mount, refer to => [ B+ Wire Connection to Generator ] Procedures.

13 Ribbed Belt

• Checking, refer to=> [ Ribbed Belt, Checking ] Ribbed Belt, Checking.

• For removing and installing.

• For the ribbed belt routing.

• B+ wire nut on the back of the generator: 15 Nm

• Wire holder nut on the back of the generator: 3.2 N

• Ribbed belt pulley without freewheel: 65 Nm

• Ribbed belt pulley with freewheel: 80 Nm

• Auxiliary component bracket, removing and installing.
