Front Sealing Flange and Vibration Damper Assembly Overview





1 Sealing flange, front

• Must be located on dowel pins.

2 8 Nm

• Observe tightening sequence, refer to --> [ Tightening Sequence of Bolts for Front Sealing Flange and Coolant Pump Cover ]

3 Coolant pump cover

4 Vibration damper

5 50 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°)

6 Washer

7 Seal

• Do not additionally oil or grease sealing lip of oil seal.

• Before installing, remove oil remains from crankshaft journal with a clean cloth.

• Replacing, refer to --> [ Crankshaft Seal, Vibration Damper Side ] Service and Repair.

8 13 Nm

Tightening Sequence of Bolts for Front Sealing Flange and Coolant Pump Cover





- Tighten bolts in the sequence shown to 8 Nm.
