Exhaust Manifold

Removing

- Remove the intake manifold, refer to one of the following:

One piece intake manifold, refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] One Piece Intake Manifold.

Two piece intake manifold, refer to => [ Upper Intake Manifold ] Two Piece Intake Manifold.

- Remove the coolant pipe from the heat shield - arrows -. Remove the bolts - 1 - and then remove the heat shield and intake manifold support.





- Remove the front exhaust pipe to exhaust manifolds nuts - arrows - and slide back slightly.





• Oxygen sensors remain installed.

- Remove the upper and lower nuts - arrows - on both exhaust manifolds.





- Remove the exhaust manifold toward the back.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• Replace gaskets and self locking nuts.
