1 Nut, 10 Nm

2 Retaining Clip

3 Bolt, 3 Nm

4 Stud Bolt, 10 Nm

5 Gasket

• Always replace.

6 Intake Manifold

• With the intake manifold flaps.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

7 Coupling Rod

8 Intake Flap Motor (V157) with Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor (G336)

9 Bolt, 7 Nm

10 to Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister

11 Hose

12 Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 (N80)

13 Hose

14 Double Check Valve

• Checking, refer to => [ Double Check Valve, Checking ] Testing and Inspection.

15 Intake Manifold support

16 Bolt, 25 Nm

17 Nut, 10 Nm

18 Bonded Rubber Bushing, 3 Nm

19 Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)

• With the throttle drive (for Electronic Power Control (EPC)), throttle drive angle sensor 1 (for EPC) and throttle drive angle sensor 2 (for EPC).

• During replacement, erase the adaptation values and adapt the Engine Control Module (ECM) to the throttle valve control module. Refer to => vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system (VAS 5051).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Throttle Valve Control Module ] Removal and Replacement.

• Throttle valve control module cleaning, refer to => [ Throttle Valve Control Module, Cleaning ] Procedures.

20 Bolt, 7 Nm

21 Seal

• Replace if damaged

22 Bolt, 5 Nm

23 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor (G42)

24 Bolt, 10 Nm
