• Thrust Pad 16.5/28 mm Dia. (VW 431)
• Kukko Extractor 18.5-23.5 mm (Kukko 21/3)
• Kukko Support (Kukko 22/1)
1 Rubber Damper
• Can be pulled out of the selector rod and inserted by hand.
2 Selector Rod with Shift Fork for 1st and 2nd Gear
3 Selector Rod with Shift Fork for 3rd and 4th Gear
4 Selector Rod with Shift Fork for 5th and 6th Gear
• On some transmissions, is also for the reverse gear shift fork bearing.
5 Reverse Gear Shift Fork
• On the axle for the reverse gear shift fork. Refer to => [ The reverse gear shift
fork is mounted on the axle behind
the 5th and 6th gear shift rod. ] Transmission, With Cap/Input Shaft Circlip.
• From transmission manufacture date 6 May 2006, ball sleeve - item 6 - has been omitted.
• Sliding omission.
• Reverse gear shift fork is adapted.
• If the axle for the reverse gear shift fork is deleted, bearing on the shift rod for the 5th and 6th gear shift fork. Refer to => [ The reverse gear shift
fork is mounted on the shift rod with the 5th
and 6th gear shift fork. ] Transmission, With Cap/Input Shaft Circlip.
6 Ball Sleeve
• From transmission manufacture date 6 May 2006, ball sleeve has been omitted.
• Sliding omission.
Reverse Gear Shift Fork Differentiation
Through Transmission Manufacture Date 5May 2006 - Remove Reverse Gear Shift Fork Ball Sleeve
A Internal puller 18 to 23 mm, for example, (21/3)
B Support, for example, (22/1)
