• To remove relay lever, the cable retainer must be disconnected from selector cable.

This prevents damage to the selector cable.





- Pull securing mechanism forward as far as the stop in direction of - arrow 1 - and then unlock to left in direction of - arrow 2 -.

- Then press relay lever forward (direction of - arrow 3 -).

- Press tab - arrow 1 - (previous illustration) down as far as the stop and remove relay lever together with the cable retainer.

• The cable retainer may only be removed with the relay lever removed --> [ Pry selector cable retainer out of plastic relay
lever. ]

• To install, grease the mounting points and contact surfaces with using grease (G 000 450 02).

- Press cable retainer on relay lever --> [ Press on cable retainer ]

- Insert relay lever together with cable retainer.

• The tab - arrow 1 - secures relay lever (previous illustration).

• The cable retainer must be behind tab - arrow 2 - (previous illustration).

Pry selector cable retainer out of plastic relay lever.





• The relay lever is removed

- Position a flat head screwdriver - A - between the bushing - B - and relay lever.

Press on cable retainer





• The relay lever is removed

• The cable retainer may only be pressed on at the bushing - arrow -.

• The cable retainer must move freely on the relay lever.

• It must be behind tab - arrow 2 - --> [ From 05.07 ]
