Turbocharger Vacuum Diaphragm, Removing and Installing

Removing

- Remove turbocharger => [ Turbocharger, Removing and Installing ] [1][2]Turbocharger.

Engine codes BZB and CGYA:

- Loosen securing plate above linkage on turbocharger.

- Loosen lock nut - 2 -.





- Disconnect linkage from turbocharger - 3 -.

- Remove the vacuum diaphragm - 1 - from the turbocharger - arrows -.

Engine code CAWA, CAWB, CBFA, CCTA, CCTB:





- Remove the circlip form the vacuum diaphragm linkage

- Remove the vacuum diaphragm - 1 - from the turbocharger - arrows -.





Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

Engine codes BZB and CGYA:

- Vacuum Diaphragm, Adjusting => [ Turbocharger Vacuum Diaphragm, Engine Code BZB and CGYA, Adjusting ].
