Fuel Level Sensor, Removing and Installing

• Fuel tank, assembly overview => [ Fuel Tank Assembly Overview, Engine Codes BZB, CAWA, CAWB and CGYA ].

Fuel Level Sensor, removing:

- Remove fuel delivery unit => [ Fuel Delivery Unit, Removing and Installing ] Fuel Delivery Unit, Removing and Installing.

- Pull Fuel Level Sensor (G) slightly to the side and simultaneously upward.





- Disengage electrical connectors - 1 to 3 - and disconnect them.





Installing

- Connect the connectors - 1 through 3 - and make sure they are locked.





- Insert Fuel Level Sensor (G) into guide at fuel delivery unit and press down until engagement.

- Install fuel delivery unit => [ Fuel Delivery Unit, Installing: ] Fuel Delivery Unit, Removing and Installing.
