Headrest Sleeve

Removing

Illustration shown with seat back cover and foam removed for clarity.

- Remove the headrest. Refer to => [ Headrest ] Headrest.

- Remove the plastic seat back cover. Refer to => [ Seat Back Panel ] Seat Back Panel.

- Remove the seat back cushion cover. Refer to => [ Seat Back Cover and Cushion ] Seat Back Cover and Cushion.

- Using pliers, reach up under the seat back cushion cover and disengage the tab securing each head restraint sleeve to the seat back frame.

- With the tabs disengaged, pinch the barbs together and push the head restraint sleeves upward and out of the seat back.

Installing

Head restraint sleeves are not interchangeable. The sleeve with adjustment lock button is positioned on the inboard side of the seat.



- Push the head restraint sleeves downward until the tabs and barbs are fully engaged to the seat back frame (4).

- Remove the seat back cushion cover. Refer to => [ Seat Back Cover and Cushion ] Seat Back Cover and Cushion.

- Install the plastic seat back cover. Refer to => [ Seat Back Panel ] Seat Back Panel.

- Install the headrest. Refer to => [ Headrest ] Headrest.
