Seat Back

Removing






- Remove the headrest. Refer to => [ Headrest ] Headrest.

- Remove the seat back hinge covers. Refer to => [ Seat Back Hinge Cover ] Seat Back Hinge Cover.

- Remove the bolts (1) securing the seat back to the seat back hinges (3) and remove the seat back.

- If servicing a seat back hinge, remove the bolts (2) securing the seat back hinge to the seat cushion frame and remove the hinge.

Installing






- If servicing a seat back hinge (3), position the hinge to the seat cushion frame and install the bolts (2). Tighten the bolts to 48 Nm (35 ft lbs).

- Position the seat back to the seat back hinges and install the bolts (1). Tighten the bolts to 48 Nm (35 ft lbs).

- Install the seat back hinge covers. Refer to => [ Seat Back Hinge Cover ] Seat Back Hinge Cover.

- Install the headrest. Refer to => [ Headrest ] Headrest.
