Disassembly






- Disconnect the pressure control sensor electrical connector (1) and the pressure control solenoid electrical connector (2).






- Remove the clamp plate bolts (1) and clamp plate (2).






- Turn the valve body over and remove the solenoid pack (1) from the valve body (2).






- Remove the pressure control sensor bolts (1).

- Remove the pressure control sensor (2).






- Remove the pressure control solenoid bolt (1).

- Remove the pressure control solenoid (2).






- Remove the transfer plate bolts (1).






- Remove the transfer plate (1).






- Remove the outer separator plate (1).






- Remove the inner separator plate (1).






- Remove the check balls (1 and 2), as equipped.






• Use the exploded view for disassembly.

• Tag all valve/spring assemblies for reassembly identification.

- Remove the valves (1 - 9) from the valve body. Refer to => [ Valve Body ] Valve Body.

Assembly






• Use the exploded view for assembly.

- Install the valves (1 - 9) into valve body. Refer to => [ Valve Body ] Valve Body.






- Install the check balls (1 and 2), as equipped.






- Install the inner separator plate (1).






- Install the outer separator plate (1).






- Install the transfer plate (1).






- Install the transfer plate bolts (1) and tighten the bolts to 6 Nm (53 in lbs).






- Install the pressure control solenoid (2).

- Install the pressure control solenoid bolt (1) and tighten the bolt to 6 Nm (53 in lbs).






- Install the pressure control sensor (2).

- Install the pressure control sensor bolts (1) and tighten the bolts to 6 Nm (53 in lbs).






- Install the solenoid pack (1) onto the valve body (2).






- Turn the valve body over and install the clamp plate (2) onto the valve body.

- Install the clamp plate bolts (1) and tighten the bolts to 6 Nm (53 in lbs).






- Connect the pressure control sensor electrical connector (1) and the pressure control solenoid electrical connector (2).
