Roof Luggage Carrier Repair Kit

• Removal of the repair kit is described for the front roof luggage carrier bar. The removal of the repair set for the rear roof luggage carrier bar is performed in the same manner.

• The installed insulation elements should be checked for damage and tears and replaced if necessary.

Removing





- Roof luggage carrier bars, removing, refer to => [ Roof Luggage Carrier Bars ] Roof Luggage Carrier Bars

- Turn over roof luggage carrier bar - 1 - and protect it from being damaged.

- Pry off caps - 6 - using a screwdriver.

- Using an Allen key, remove nuts - 5 - and - 7 -.

- Remove ball bearing roller - 4 -.

- Loosen protective lugs - 3 - using a small screwdriver.

- Then, protective lugs - 3 - can be pressed out using a small screwdriver in direction of arrow.

Installing

To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.
