Towing Recognition Control Module (J345), (only Westfalia), Output Diagnostic Test Mode

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051A)

• The Towing Recognition Control Module detects the * use of a trailer only from a performance decrease of at least 5 W*.

- Connect the (VAS 5051A).

- In (VAS 5051A) , select operating mode "Guided Fault Finding".

- Using the "Go To" button, select "Functions/Component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:

• Body

• Body repair procedures

• 01 - On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems

• Towing sensor

• Functions

• Control Module for towing sensor - output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM)
