- Front Bumper Cover, 18° Slope Angle, Removing, refer to => [ Front Bumper Cover ] Bumper Cover, Front, Street Version

- Front Bumper Cover, 28° Slope Angle, Removing, refer to => [ Front Bumper Cover ] Bumper Cover, Front, Off-Road Version with 28 Degree Slope Angle

- In vehicles with charge air cooler, disconnect pressure hoses, refer to => [ Pressure Hoses, Releasing ] Pressure Hoses, Releasing.

- Remove the bolts - 4 - at left and right longitudinal member.

- Remove rear bolt - 5 - from the left and right headlamp.

- Install the Guide Pins (T 10093) on the left and right longitudinal members.

- Remover the upper left and right bolts - 2 - on the angle brackets - 3 -.

- The lock carrier - 1 - together with the angle brackets- 3 - can be pulled approximately 10 cm forward onto the Guide Pins (T 10093).
