• Disassembling and assembling evaporator housing, refer to => [ Evaporator Housing ] Evaporator Housing.

9 Fresh Air Blower Series Resistor With Fuse (N24)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fresh Air Blower Series Resistor with Fuse (N24) ] Service and Repair.

10 Fresh Air Blower (V2)

• Checking, use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fresh Air Blower (V2) ] Service and Repair.

11 Dust and Pollen Filter

• With activated charcoal insert.

• Dust and pollen filter with activated charcoal insert, refer to=> [ Dust and Pollen Filter with Activated Charcoal Insert ] Description and Operation.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Dust and Pollen Filter ] Service and Repair.

16 Auxiliary Heater Heating Element (Z35)

• Only installed on vehicles with Diesel engine without auxiliary water heater.

• Switch-on criteria, refer to => [ Switch-on Criteria for Activation of Auxiliary Air Heater Heating Element (Z35) ] Switch-on Criteria for Activation of Auxiliary Air Heater Heating Element (Z35).

17 Heater Core

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Heater Core ] Service and Repair.

• After replacing heater core, replace all the coolant.

18 Evaporator

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Evaporator ] Service and Repair.

19 Expansion Valve

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Expansion Valve ] Service and Repair.

20 Threaded Plate

• To the threaded connectors for the refrigerant lines on the evaporator.
