Cover Seal

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Fitting Sleeve (3378)

• Thrust Pad (3253/6) from Wheel Bearing Assembly Set (3253).

Removing

- Remove the old seal(s) with a suitable tool being careful not to damage the cover.

Installing






- Do not lubricate the seal.

- Install the seal into the cover - 1 - using the fitting sleeve (3378) and pull it in flush using the fitting sleeve (3253/6) from the wheel bearing assembly set (3253).
