FA. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) 1-4-2 DI EZ 116 K

* 1-4-2 Control module fault



DTC conditions:
The control module checks that its internal signals are correct. If this is not the case code 1-4-2 is logged.

Causes of fault:
Control module fault.

Fault symptoms:
Normally no fault symptoms.

Checking the Diagnostic trouble code (DTC)
- Delete the DTC In accordance with C. Fault tracing via the DLC.
- Start the engine and run it for a short while.
- Switch off the engine.
- Switch on the Ignition
^ Check the to see if the DTC has recurred in accordance with C. Fault tracing via the DLC.

If the DTC recurs
^ try using a new control module.
