Upper Oil Pan, Oil Filter, Chain Tensioner Component Overview
• Oil injector jet for piston cooling => [ Oil spray jet for piston cooling ]
1 Torque bracket
2 40 Nm
3 Torque support stop
• Adjusting: Allow torque support stop to come in contact under its own weight with torque support rubber buffer and tighten screws.
4 28 Nm
5 Seal
• Replace
6 Oil Pressure Switch (F1)
• Black insulation
• Checking, refer to => [ Oil Pressure and Oil Pressure Switch, Checking ] Testing and Inspection
• Replace seal
• Tighten to 25 Nm
7 12 Nm
8 Washer
9 O-ring
• Replace
10 Seal
• Replace
11 Locking bolt -10 Nm
12 Seal
• For crankshaft
• Replace, refer to => [ Crankshaft Seal, Ribbed Belt Side, Replacing ] Service and Repair
13 10 Nm

• Self-locking
• Replace
15 Sealing flange, front
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Front Sealing Flange ] Service and Repair
16 Chain tensioner
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Oil Pump Drive Chain or Chain Tensioner ] Oil Pump Drive Chain or Chain Tensioner
• Hold using 3 mm dia. drill bit
17 Gasket
• Replace
18 20 Nm
19 Guide tube for oil dipstick
20 Metal screw
21 O-ring
• Replace
22 Oil filter element
• Change intervals,
• Loosen using Oil Filter Wrench (3417)
• Observe installation instructions for oil filter
• Tighten to 20 Nm
