Bulb Socket

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

Removing





- Remove the outer tail lamp. Refer to => [ Outer Tail Lamps ] Outer Tail Lamps.

- Turn the bulb socket - 1 - counter-clockwise - arrow - and remove it from the tail lamp housing.

- Remove the bulb from the bulb socket.

• Disregard item - 2 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Insert the new bulb into the socket without touching the bulb with bare hands.

- Turn the bulb socket clockwise to secure it.

- Install the outer tail lamp. Refer to => [ Outer Tail Lamps ] Outer Tail Lamps.
