Evaporative Emission Canister System Overview
1 Air Filter
• For the fuel tank pressure sensor (G400)
• Installed location: Under wheel housing liner in the right rear wheel housing
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (G400), Air Filter ] Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (G400), Air Filter
2 Clamp
• Must be appropriate for the model type. Refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).
3 Connecting Hose
4 Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (G400)
• Installed location: Under wheel housing liner in right rear wheel housing
• Checking in Guided Fault Finding using the vehicle diagnosis tester
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (G400) ] Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (G400)
5 Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister
• Installed location: Under wheel housing liner in right rear wheel housing
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Evaporative Emission Canister ] Service and Repair
6 Bolt
• 20 Nm
• Quantity: 3
7 Vent Line
• From the fuel tank
• To disconnect, press release button on connection piece
8 Vent Line
• To EVAP canister purge regulator valve 1 (N80)
• To disconnect, press release button on connection piece
• Clipped to the bracket
9 Clamp
• Must be appropriate for the model type, refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA)
10 Ventilation Line
• To the air filter for the fuel tank pressure sensor
11 Bracket
12 Fuel Tank Leak Detection Control Module (J909)
• Installed location: front right at fuel tank
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fuel Tank Leak Detection Control Module (J909) ] Fuel Tank Leak Detection Control Module (J909)
13 Nut
• 1.6 Nm
• Quantity: 2
14 Bolt
• 4 Nm
• Quantity: 6
15 Bolt
