Level Control System Control Module

The level control system control module (J197) is located inside the luggage compartment on the right side of the rear panel behind fuse panel F (SF).

Removing

- If replacing the control module, select "replace" in "Guided Functions" on the appropriate control module.

Use vehicle diagnostic tester.

- Now follow the instructions on the screen.

- Turn off the ignition and remove the key.

- Remove the rear panel trim panel..

- Remove the radio (R).

- Push back the tab - arrow - and remove the level control system control module (J197) - 1 - from the bracket - 2 -.






- Disconnect the connector - arrows - from the level control system control module (J197) - 1 -.






Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Adapt the control position, refer to => [ Control Position, Programming with Vehicle Diagnosis Tester ] Testing and Inspection.
